April 2005 to December 2007	Research and development computer music engineer at the Music Technology Group of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, Spain. Development of a C++ signal-processing library for sound and music recommendation and description (music genre classification, high-level audio descriptors, intelligent audio segmentation and thumbnailing). Co-inventor of U.S. Patent Music Similarity Systems And Methods Using Descriptors. Main project: Yamaha BodiBeat - a portable fitness MP3 player that synchronizes the music to the movement.
April to Sept. 2004	Internship at the Music Technology Group of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona, Spain. Design and development of the Wahwactor, a real-time voice-driven wah-wah guitar effect VST plugin.
April to June 2002	Internship at the Institut National Polytechnique of Grenoble, France. Design and development of a real-time and interactive cello synthesizer.
